Construction Change-Order Cost Estimator

STV

STV is seeking a Cost Estimator to join our Project Controls group as an extension of staff at the NYC School Construction Authority. The role will develop accurate, detailed estimates for change orders, validate quantities, labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor pricing, and provide recommendations to project teams. Responsibilities include reviewing change requests and RFIs, analyzing scope revisions, and negotiating fair costs with contractors while identifying impacts on cost, #J-18808-Ljbffr STV
