IT Systems Support Technician - Industrial Operations

Your Mission As part of the onsite IT Operations team, you will act as a key technical point of contact for plant users and local infrastructure operations, ensuring the reliability and continuity of IT services in a highly critical industrial environment. You will provide Level 2 technical support, basic systems administration and endpoint management while collaborating with infrastructure, network and operational teams to resolve incidents efficiently and maintain operational stability. Main Responsibilities Provide Level 2 IT support to plant and operational users. Support Windows client and server environments. Manage users, permissions and groups within Active Directory. Support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange, Teams and OneDrive. Manage endpoints and devices using Microsoft Intune. Troubleshoot local infrastructure, workstations and connectivity issues. Perform basic switch replacement and network troubleshooting. Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors when required. Support industrial operations where IT availability is business-critical. Ensure service continuity in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Work Schedule This position operates under a rotating shift model: Shift 1: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Shift 2: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Additional details: On-call availability required up to 2 weeks per month.
