PeopleShare is partnered with a leading company in Allentown, PA, seeking a reliable, hands-on Warehouse Lead to lead daily fulfillment operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment, enjoys coaching teams, and takes pride in maintaining smooth, accurate outbound workflows.

Warehouse Lead Job Details:

• Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Pay Rate: $21/hr
• Job Type: Full-Time
• Location: Allentown, PA

Warehouse Lead Responsibilities:

• Oversee all outbound activities including pick and pack orders, special projects, and freight shipments.
• Train fulfillment team members on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Assign daily workloads, distribute picking tags, and track progress to meet deadlines.
• Monitor warehouse supply levels and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure all bins and workstations remain fully stocked.

Warehouse Lead Requirements:

• Must be bilingual (English + Spanish)
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience
• At least 1 year of team leadership or supervisory experience
• Experience using Warehouse Management Information Systems (WMS)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
