Job TitleProject Manager, Installations & Construction - AtlantaJob DescriptionDrive the successful execution of imaging system installation projects by leading end-to-end coordination between customers, internal teams, and site readiness activities.Your role:You will serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless coordination for imaging system installations including MRI, CT, X-ray, and Image-Guided Therapy systemsYou will develop and manage project plans, including scope, timelines, resource coordination, and site readiness to ensure on-time and high-quality deliveryYou will monitor project progress, communicate updates to stakeholders, and proactively address risks to keep projects on track and aligned to customer expectationsYou will partner cross-functionally with sales and operations teams to support order execution, revenue forecasting, and overall customer satisfactionYou will ensure customer sites meet technical and operational requirements (e.g., drawings, specifications, infrastructure readiness) prior to installationYou’re willing to travel up to 80% within the assigned zone, with occasional travel outside the territory, and are based in Atlanta or surrounding suburbsYou're the right fit if: You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience in project management, customer service, or a related field (construction or healthcare equipment experience preferred)Your skills include project coordination, stakeholder management, and the ability to understand site and equipment technical requirements (HVAC, electrical, mechanical, environmental), including reading floor plans, drawings, and specificationsYou have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Science, or a related fieldYou must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
