About the Role
The Company is in search of a Head of Marketing to join their leadership team. The successful candidate will be a key player in scaling the brand, amplifying its social mission, and driving commercial success. This role is pivotal in leading a multidisciplinary team and requires a proven high-growth CPG builder with a strong background in consumer marketing. The Head of Marketing will be responsible for brand and business growth, retail media and customer marketing, leading the company's social impact initiatives, and overseeing large-scale activations and partnerships. They must be adept at team leadership, organizational development, and performance management, with a focus on connecting marketing activities to tangible business outcomes. Applicants for the Head of Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of consumer marketing experience, with a significant leadership role in CPG or a related consumer products category. The role demands a candidate with a strong understanding of the U.S. retail landscape, and experience in leading major cross-functional launches, particularly with global partnerships. The ideal candidate will be commercially and analytically strong, with a proven track record of owning and improving marketing budgets. An entrepreneurial spirit, hands-on leadership style, and the ability to operate at the executive level while remaining close to the work are essential. The Head of Marketing will be expected to be a strategic thinker, with the ability to translate company growth priorities into effective marketing plans that drive consumer demand and commercial performance.
