Director of School Operations & Finance — Monsey, NY, United States Salary: $150K–$250K Overview A well-established Chassidish school in Monsey is seeking a hands-on Director of School Operations to oversee and optimize all aspects of school operations. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage complex logistics to ensure the school functions efficiently. While financial oversight is part of the role, a dedicated finance team handles the financial details. The ideal candidate has experience leading large-scale operations, managing facilities, ensuring compliance, and driving efficiency in a school or similar environment. Construction and development experience is a big plus.
