Leadership Opportunity In ManufacturingOur client, a leading manufacturing company located in Leesburg, FL, is looking for a hands-on leader to manage a growing production team. This is a great fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, startup-like environment and wants ownership over building and improving processes — not just following them.What You'll DoLead and manage a team of 5–6 direct reports, including daily coaching, decision-making, and conflict resolution.Oversee inventory management and production schedulingMonitor and mitigate production risks to keep the team on track.Ensure data accuracy across daily Excel-based tracking sheets (critical to preventing production errors)Drive process improvements and help build out new systems and workflowsMaintain clean, accurate documentation across the production cycle.What We're Looking For5+ years of leadership/management experience (fabrication or manufacturing background a plus)Moderate to expert-level Excel skills — this is a daily, data-entry-heavy role.Comfortable with Google Sheets, email, and general computer navigation (basic QuickBooks trainable)A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset — someone who's excited to build and improve, not just maintainStrong multitasking and attention to detail.Ability to communicate effectively with a bilingual team (translation tools used as needed)DetailsSchedule: Approx. 7:00 AM–4:00 PMCompensation: $80,000–$100,000 base salary (commensurate with leadership experience)Benefits: Health and dental insurance, 401(k) with company match after 1 year, 3 weeks PTO.Location: On-site in Leesburg, FL.
