Business Analyst
Join our dynamic team as a Business Analyst, where you will collaborate with key stakeholders to drive business solutions and optimize processes. This role requires a proactive individual with strong analytical skills and a passion for improving business outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good Communication and Stakeholder Management
- Analytical Problem-Solving
- Data Literacy (Usage on SQL, Excel, Data Visualization - PowerBI / Tableau)
- Working experience in ServiceNow (ITSM Module) based projects
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Owner and Customer(s) Stakeholders to understand timeline, effort agreements, and known risks
- Communicate regularly with Product Owner to understand customer requirements, Business Value, and Cost of Delays
- Collaborate with impacted Product Management to communicate customer solution intent and gain acceptance of Features during PI Planning
- Review and document all IT and Business requirements and risks to support a solution and rollout
- Remove/escalate obstacles from team members that hinder progress
