Job Description

Elevare Branding is seeking a Commercial Relationship Manager to join our team in Lawrence, MA.

In this role, you will focus on developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and customers while supporting the commercial growth of the organization. You will serve as an important point of contact, helping identify needs, provide solutions, strengthen existing relationships, and create opportunities for continued business development.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and customers.
• Serve as a reliable point of contact for commercial inquiries and relationship needs.
• Understand client objectives and help identify appropriate solutions.
• Support initiatives focused on customer acquisition, retention, and business growth.
• Conduct professional presentations and conversations with prospective and existing customers.
• Follow up with clients to maintain strong and productive relationships.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen accounts and expand commercial partnerships.

• Maintain accurate information regarding client interactions and account activity.
