About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer to join their team. The CFO will be responsible for the financial activities of the corporation, including the preparation of financial reports, and summaries, and forecasts for future growth. This role also involves overseeing the accounting and finance department, budget preparation, and audit functions, as well as working with other department heads to monitor and make recommendations on financial results. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related area, with a graduate degree or CPA preferred, and at least 10 years of experience in a financial-related field, particularly in a highly regulated environment. Key responsibilities for the Chief Financial Officer include managing the asset/liability profile, supervising the budgeting process, leading liquidity risk management, and generating and supervising the preparation of various financial reports. The CFO will also be involved in supervising the preparation of regulatory reports, analyzing the loan portfolio, and monitoring the company's insurance policies. The successful candidate should be adept at making prudent decisions, have a strong attention to detail, and possess excellent communication and supervisory skills. Experience with FDIC and other regulatory exams, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is essential. The role requires a professional with the ability to influence their own development and who is dedicated to the financial management and growth of the company.
