Principal Responsibilities Calculate insurance premiums by gathering pertinent information using different quoting engines. Communicate and present an insurance package to approximately 50–100 live clients each day. Respond to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening, selecting the best solution efficiently. Adhere to all contract, property, and insurance laws. Provide customer service to maintain a positive client‑advisor relationship. Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities High School Diploma required; Undergraduate degree a plus. Life & Health License not required but preferred. Strong problem‑solving aptitude and a desire to succeed. Consultative sales approach: determine solutions for customers and problem‑solve in real time. Results‑oriented and able to work independently and within a team environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Compensation and Benefits Competitive base pay plus annual holiday bonus.
