TIG WELDER- $25/HR- $30/HR- URGENT HIRING- START ASAP Are you passionate about precision welding and take pride in producing high-quality work? We are seeking an experienced TIG Welder to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will weld stainless and carbon steel components used in custom radiator assemblies, working with thin-gauge materials and tight tolerances to create durable, leak-free products. This is an excellent opportunity for welders who enjoy hands-on work, reading blueprints, and working in a clean, modern production environment. What You'll Do Perform precision TIG welding on stainless and carbon steel components. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders. Prepare, fit, align, and assemble parts prior to welding. Weld thin-gauge materials while maintaining high-quality standards and appearance. Connect radiator tubing and components to create leak-free assemblies. Inspect finished welds and perform repairs or adjustments as needed. Use hand and power tools including grinders, drills, cutters, and measuring instruments. Maintain accurate workmanship while working in various welding positions. Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures. Keep work areas clean, organized, and efficient. Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year of TIG welding experience with stainless steel. Experience welding thin-gauge materials with tight tolerances. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Familiarity with grinders, drills, measuring tools, and fabrication equipment. Ability to perform precise welds on small parts and components. Preferred Qualifications Welding school certification or technical training. 3+ years of TIG welding experience. Experience with both TIG and MIG welding . Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
