Field Sales Representative - Telecom

Clarity Growth Solutions is hiring an experienced Field Sales Representative for a residential telecom campaign in Maryland and Washington, DC.

This is an in-person, field-based sales position focused on door-to-door residential prospecting and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate has prior direct or outside sales experience, is comfortable working independently, and wants to continue developing as a sales professional.

Responsibilities

• Prospect residential customers door-to-door within assigned territories
• Speak with customers about their current internet and mobile services
• Identify customer needs and recommend available services
• Present internet, fiber, and mobile products
• Handle objections and close sales
• Accurately submit and follow up on customer orders
• Manage assigned territory and daily sales activity
• Participate in product training and sales coaching
• Meet established production and quality expectations

Qualifications

Prior door-to-door sales experience is strongly preferred.

Relevant experience may include:

• Telecom or fiber
• Solar
• Roofing
• Pest control
• Security
• Energy
• Home improvement
• Other residential direct or outside sales

The successful candidate should be:

• Comfortable prospecting and closing face-to-face

• Able to manage daily field activity independently
• Coachable and interested in continued development
• Comfortable working in a performance-based sales environment

Reliable personal transportation is required for travel throughout assigned territories.

Previous telecom experience is helpful but not required.

Compensation

Annual earnings: $74,000-$183,000

The position may be structured as either a W-2 performance-based position or a 1099 independent contractor opportunity , depending on experience, campaign assignment, and working arrangement.

Schedule and Work Environment

This is primarily a full-time, in-person field sales position.

Typical field activity takes place:

• Monday through Thursday during afternoon and evening hours
• Friday and/or Saturday based on territory and production needs

The position requires regular work in residential neighborhoods and travel throughout assigned territories.

The successful candidate should be able to spend extended periods walking and standing, navigate normal residential steps, and work outdoors in typical seasonal conditions. Reasonable accommodations will be considered as required by applicable law.

Clarity Growth Solutions operates residential telecom campaigns throughout Maryland and Washington, DC.

Depending on the assigned territory, available products may include internet, fiber, and mobile services from providers such as Astound Broadband, Xfinity/Comcast, and Verizon.

Specific products, providers, and territory assignments vary based on market availability.
