I'm partnering with a leading General Contractor that specializes in industrial, manufacturing, mission-critical, and data center projects to hire an Assistant Project Manager in the Chicago area
.This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional looking to grow their career with a company delivering some of the most complex and technically demanding projects in the market.
What they're looking for:
• 2-5 years of construction project management experience
• Experience with a General Contractor
• Background in industrial, manufacturing, mission-critical, data center, distribution, or large commercial projects preferred
• Strong understanding of RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, and project controls
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar construction software
Responsibilities:
• Support Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage project documentation and coordination with subcontractors and clients
• Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, scheduling, and procurement xhyhwjd
• Help drive project delivery while maintaining safety, quality, and schedule objectives
