Is comfortable working with Medicaid clients and understands that financial struggles don't define a person’s commitment to therapy. Is detail-oriented and understands the importance of keeping detailed client notes. Requirements: LMSW seeking supervision hours. Minimum 1 year direct clinical experience. Available for in-person, evenings, OR weekends (at least 2 of these). 12+ hours weekly commitment. Genuine commitment to serving diverse communities. A deep understanding of how poverty and systemic issues impact mental health. A sense of humor (because sometimes that's what gets us through).
