The NP should be flexible in the location since we have not finalized which facility we will be entering, but it will be in Westchester County area. Full-time 9:00am-5:00pm, plus on-call every 3rd weekend and for your patients during the week after hours. NP will be required to be on-call 1 holiday per year. Full-time benefits which include coverage for all professional fees, medical/dental, PTO, CME Days. As of right now, we do not know if they will be placed in the short term or long-term floor of the SNF. Nursing home/LTC/SNF experience as an RN.
