- Relevant skills and experience will be listed so you know why those jobs are a match**Sr. Designer** | | | |**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**The purpose of this role is to deliver remarkable and responsible experiences for all by creating brand design solutions that are distinctive, inclusive, and aligned with future environmental and social impact needs.In this role, you will support Brand Design for top business priorities in a brand- and region-agnostic capacity, translating strategic direction into high-quality creative execution across multiple touchpoints.Build deeper expertise across PX Brand Design T-skills at a foundational-to-intermediate level, including design systems, consumer insight, sustainability, packaging, and brandworld activation.**WHO YOU ARE****Required Qualifications:**Experience in packaging design, brand identity application, and brandworld activation.Experience collaborating with external design agencies, advertising agencies, CMOs, and suppliers.Ability to submit portfolio with applicationProven ability to create and execute design across multiple consumer and brand touchpoints.Experience in project planning and managing design delivery from concept through execution.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly, concisely, and with sound rationale.Demonstrated organizational agility, drive for results, and ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and external partners.Alignment with agile and DSO principles, with the ability to work in 90-day cycles, navigate ambiguity, and maintain a creative mindset focused on high-impact outcomes.Hands-on experience using AI and digital tools for prototyping, concept exploration, or workflow acceleration.Ability to explain technical or AI-enabled concepts in accessible language while adhering to ethical and security standards.Ability to operate in a role that is approximately 50% hands-on design and 50% design management.**Preferred Qualifications:**Experience working across global and regional brand standards in a matrixed organization.Knowledge of sustainability principles and inclusive design practices.Basic finance knowledge relevant to design project planning and delivery.Experience contributing to design systems, reusable asset libraries, or workflow standardization.Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $116,960.00 - $175,440.00. Additional compensation may include a bonus or incentive compensation (if relevant).
