Sr. Designer - Brand & Digital

Our client, a leading marketing and communications agency in NYC, is seeking a Senior Designer to join their creative team. This role is ideal for a designer with a strong foundation in branding and digital design, exceptional visual craft, and a genuine enthusiasm for incorporating AI into the creative process.We're looking for someone whose portfolio showcases beautiful, modern work across brand identity systems, digital experiences, and marketing communications.

• Senior Designer (Brand + Digital)
• Location: Hybrid - New York City
• Type: Ongoing Contract with Potential for Permanent Hire
• Pay Rate: $65-70/hour

Responsibilities:

• Create compelling visual solutions across branding, digital, and marketing initiatives
  
  
• Design for websites, social media, email campaigns, presentations, and other digital channels
  
  
• Develop and evolve brand systems, visual identities, and design guidelines
  
  
• Partner with creative, strategy, and account teams to bring ideas from concept through execution
  
  
• Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance ideation, design exploration, and workflow efficiency
  
  
• Ensure all work is strategically aligned, visually sophisticated, and consistent with brand standards

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, visual design, or brand design
  
  
• Strong portfolio showcasing both branding and digital work
  
  
• Expert proficiency in Figma
  
  
• Experience building and working within brand systems
  
  
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling
  
  
• Experience using AI tools as part of the creative process
  
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Agency experience
  
  
• Experience working across a variety of industries and brands
  
  
• Motion, prototyping, or interactive design experience is a plus
