We’re hiring a reliable Physical Therapy Technician to support clinicians and keep daily operations running smoothly. This is a hands‑on, patient‑focused role. You’ll assist with treatment setup and help create a positive experience for every patient. We’re looking for someone dependable, detail‑oriented, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment who enjoys helping others and stepping in where needed. Responsibilities Assist physical therapists with patient care and treatment setup Prepare and clean treatment areas and equipment Guide patients through exercises as directed by therapists Monitor patient flow and help keep the clinic running on schedule Support front office tasks as needed (phones, scheduling, basic admin) Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment Contribute to the overall growth and success of the clinic Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year of experience in a medical or clinical setting preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively Comfortable working on your feet and assisting patients physically Team-oriented with a positive, energetic attitude Basic computer skills (Word, Excel; EMR experience is a plus) Flexible and dependable with scheduling Additional Information Continuing education reimbursement Ongoing training and support Employee discount programs Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Family‑friendly work environment We are proud to be an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
