Our client in Bridgeville, DE is seeking a Full Time Bookkeeper to join their team! This position could either be Temp to Hire or Direct Hire and offers between $20.00 - $30.00 Per Hour based on experience.


Job Duties Include:

  • Process/post a variety of accounting transactions such as invoices, payments, payroll, collections, and expenses in accordance with department procedures
  • Filing system for all accounting documents
  • Prepare journal entries and reconcile ledger accounts.
  • Perform weekly payroll through ADP
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years experience as a Bookkeeper, or comparable Accounting role
  • Experience with ADP, Sage, and Oracle highly preferred
  • Must be a team player with a high sense of integrity, excellent organizational and communication skills
