Accounting Clerk/Coordinator

Job Title: Accounting Clerk/Coordinator
Job Location: Greenville, DE (Onsite)
Job Duration: 6 Months
Schedule: Hours 8 AM 5 PM, Monday Friday


Job Description:

Summary
As a client Accounting Clerk/Coordinator, you will support the Accounts Receivable and Payable department with essential data entry and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth financial operations.



Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Apply cash receipts to tenant accounts accurately and promptly.
  • Code, track, and manage utility invoices for proper allocation and recordkeeping.
  • Process checks and ensure efficient handling of payments.
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support daily operations.


Required Skills
  • Basic computer functions
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Yardi (preferred, but not required)


Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in the accounting field
  • Education: At least a high school diploma or GED; relevant accounting experience preferred


Interview Process
  • 1 2 interviews (virtual or in-person)
