What You'll Do Install residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and indoor air quality products Perform system replacements and retrofit installations Ensure installations meet company quality standards and local codes Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Complete installation paperwork and documentation accurately Work closely with field supervisors and support staff to ensure an exceptional customer experience What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and installation best practices Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong customer service and communication skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment safely EPA Certification preferred What We Offer Average installer makes $75,000-$150,000 per year Performance incentives and bonus opportunities Full-time, year-round work Company vehicle opportunities for qualified team members Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Ongoing training and career development Advancement opportunities within a growing organization Why Fix It 24/7?
