Position Summary 

Urgent Need 

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Leader to oversee daily repack operations at a high-volume warehouse distribution center in Sturtevant, WI. In this role, you will provide direction to production associates, and ensure customer orders are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule. This leadership position plays a critical role in coordinating workflow, coaching team members, monitoring productivity, and maintaining high standards for quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead daily repack operations by assigning work, balancing labor, and ensuring production goals are achieved.
• Supervise, coach, and support warehouse associates while promoting accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and safety throughout the shift, making real-time adjustments to meet customer deadlines.
• Partner with warehouse operations, inventory, customer service, and maintenance teams to keep workflow running efficiently.
• Troubleshoot production challenges, resolve operational issues, and minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate production records, inventory documentation, and quality standards while enforcing safety procedures and housekeeping expectations. 

Qualifications & Skills 

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of warehouse or manufacturing experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in a Lead, Team Lead, or Supervisor role.   
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing multiple tasks and leading by example. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience in repacking, contract packaging, or light manufacturing operations.
• Experience leading teams of 20 or more employees.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement principles.
• Forklift certification or previous powered industrial truck experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. 

Employment Type & Compensation 

• Temporary 
• Compensation: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour, based on experience 
• Application Period: This position will remain open until filled 

Work Schedule 

• Monday-Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
