Warehouse Team Lead

Integrity Trade Services is currently hiring for our client in Sturtevant, WI for a Warehouse Team Lead. Company is a packaging product warehouse.

Pay is $25 an hour
Rotating shift- 7pm-7am Job Title: Team Lead - Packaging Operations
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Team Lead to oversee daily packaging operations within our facility in Sturtevant, WI. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and driving operational efficiency. This leadership role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong focus on safety and team development.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team to meet production goals while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
• Coordinate daily work activities, including mold changes, equipment setup, and maintenance procedures
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching and development opportunities
• Troubleshoot issues related to equipment, processes, and personnel to minimize downtime
• Maintain accurate documentation related to production, safety, and quality metrics
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize operational workflows

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing or related fields
• Knowledge of safety protocols, GMP, and quality assurance standards
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods
• Proficiency with relevant computer systems including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SAP; familiarity with Raven and Infinity is a plus

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Experience with TPM initiatives and equipment maintenance
• Previous exposure to mold changes and equipment setup
• Background in food safety or GMP environments

Shift and Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work rotating shifts from 7 pm to 7 am
• Physically capable of performing demanding tasks in a manufacturing environment
