Project Manager – Construction/Restoration

Full-Time | Exempt

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial restoration projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for managing schedules, subcontractors, budgets, client communication, and overall project execution while ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple construction/restoration projects simultaneously
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, materials, and scheduling
• Maintain project timelines, budgets, and profitability goals
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control standards
• Communicate with clients, insurance partners, and internal teams
• Review estimates, scopes of work, contracts, and project documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, permits, and municipality requirements
• Provide regular project updates, photos, and documentation in company systems
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and with exceptional customer service

· Attend in-office meetings and administrative work a minimum of one day per week

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered
• Minimum 3-4 years of project management experience in the restoration industry
• Experience with residential projects required and commercial experience is a plus
• Knowledge of construction estimating and blueprint reading
• Xactimate and Symbility experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation required to conduct onsite visits in various markets surrounding the Orlando area, and must carry minimum vehicle insurance dictated by the company.
• Ability to pass background check and motor vehicle report

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with insurance carriers and TPAs
• Familiarity with DASH software a plus

Schedule & Travel

This is a full-time position that may require evening/weekend work, on-call availability, and travel especially during emergency/CAT events.
