Travel Radiology Technologist - $2,246 per week

Travel Radiology Technologist Saint Louis, Missouri – Start Date: July 6, 2026 – 16‑week assignment, 40 hours per week, 8‑hour days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM). Assignment Overview Shift: 5 days per week, 8 hour days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) Hours: 40 hrs/wk Start Date: July 6, 2026 Length: 16 weeks Openings: 1 Responsibilities Perform general x‑ray, fluoroscopy, gastrointestinal procedures, interventional and special procedures (myelography, hysterosalpingography, arthrography), surgical C‑arm and O‑arm procedures, and portable imaging in an acute‑care hospital setting. Work with inpatient (IP), operating room (OR), emergency department (ED), and outpatient (OP) patient populations. Assist radiologists and performing physicians with interventional and special procedures, GI procedures, surgical cases, and general x‑ray across portable, fluoro, and general x‑ray room settings. Provide patient care and maintain strong communication skills. Adhere to call coverage requirements, weekend coverage on an every‑other weekend basis, holiday coverage during the contract, and facility‑determined call and float requirements. Wear black scrubs during all assignments. Maintain flu vaccination or Mercy‑approved exemption for travelers working November 1 through April 1. Participate in a full orientation week conducted during day shift, regardless of assigned shift. Request up to 5 days of time off (RTO) and make up hours during the assignment. Qualifications ARRT certification required with BLS from AHA only. RRA licensure required – license required if applicable. Minimum two (2) years of hospital‑based radiology experience including IP, OR, ED, and OP patient populations. Successful completion of an accredited radiography program. Proficient with portable x‑ray, fluoroscopy, C‑arm, O‑arm, and general x‑ray room equipment. Proficiency with Epic Electronic Health Record preferred. Valid U.S. Social Security Number required; Canadian SINs not accepted. No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months.
