Local Team Collaboration We take pride in our well‑established team at Bon Secours Southside Medical Center Work alongside an experienced team of board‑certified Critical Care physicians and experienced Critical Care APPs to care for the sickest patients Qualifications Board-certified/eligible in critical care medicine Successful completion of a critical care medicine fellowship in the United States Authorized to work in the United States Scheduling 12‑hour day shifts with rotating back‑up call to experienced nocturnist APP Average of 15 shifts per month as part of the intensivist team using a modified block schedule No nights Key Responsibilities Your focus will be on patients in the 28‑bed ICU (medical/surgical/cardiac) You will lead daily multi‑disciplinary rounds as part of the larger Critical Care team We work in EPIC, with access to our own internal informatics platform Living and Working in Petersburg Petersburg is a growing community located just 30 minutes south of Richmond, offering rich history, easy access to Washington, DC, the gorgeous beaches of Virginia, and Colonial Williamsburg, all within a few hours.
