Job Description

• Craft Personalized Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and design individualized therapy approaches to help them reach their functional objectives
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Leverage evidence-based interventions to promote patients' motor abilities, cognitive function, and everyday living tasks
• Partner with Interdisciplinary Professionals: Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to deliver well-rounded, integrated care
• Educate Patients and Their Families: Provide valuable instruction to patients and caregivers on therapy practices that facilitate ongoing progress at home
• Track and Document Patient Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatments as required, ensuring patients stay on their journey to recovery

Education

• A degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Ongoing education or advanced certifications encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) credentials are mandatory
