Confirm contractor schedule submittals comply with the project's Owner's Requirements for scheduling, including software settings, coding structure, Work Breakdown Structure, and submittal format. Maintain schedule integrity across the design, procurement, construction, and commissioning interfaces between contractors and the Owner. Ability to perform detailed schedule and risk assessments and to translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver concise schedule narratives and build effective working relationships with Owner, contractor, and internal stakeholders. Ability to work full‑time on‑site, co‑located with the Owner's project team in the Phoenix metropolitan area, for the duration of the assignment. Preferred Direct scheduling experience on hydropower, pumped storage, or comparable underground and heavy civil mega‑projects. Experience in an Owner's Engineer, program management, or owner‑side project controls capacity.
