Floor Manager - Lalla Grill Promenade

Pay: $25-$28 per hour
Schedule: Full-time and part-time opportunities available
Shifts: Day and night shifts available

We’re opening a new Lalla Grill at The Dunes in the Promenade in Marina!

Lalla Grill is a full-service restaurant focused on providing high-quality food, excellent service, and a welcoming dining experience. We’re looking for a dependable and motivated Floor Manager to help oversee daily Front of House operations, support the management team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

This is a hands-on leadership position with a strong presence on the restaurant floor. The Floor Manager will work directly with the Front of House team during service, help keep shifts organized and running smoothly, and ensure our service and operational standards are consistently maintained.

The Floor Manager reports directly to the Assistant Manager and General Manager and works closely with restaurant leadership to coordinate daily operations and maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Assistant Manager and General Manager with daily Front of House operations.
• Lead and support the Front of House team during assigned shifts.
• Maintain a strong presence on the restaurant floor and ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and assist with resolving guest concerns.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and Front of House team to maintain proper service flow.
• Manage POS systems and troubleshoot operational issues as needed.
• Help oversee opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and shift responsibilities.
• Assist with training, coaching, and developing team members.
• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, organization, food quality, and guest service.
• Ensure company policies and health and safety standards are followed.

Requirements:

• 4–5 years of restaurant experience preferred.
• Previous restaurant leadership or supervisory experience required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Hands-on, team-oriented approach.
• Ability to lead and support a fast-paced restaurant floor during service.
• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Availability to work day and night shifts , including weekends and holidays as needed.
