In this dynamic role, you’ll collaborate closely with school staff and families to deliver occupational therapy services designed to help students succeed academically and socially.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Valid and active Occupational Therapist license for the state
• Previous experience in school or pediatric settings is strongly preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators, students, and parents
• Ability to adapt and create individualized treatment plans based on students’ unique needs

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students to determine strengths and areas for development in fine motor, sensory processing, and daily living skills
• Develop and implement effective therapeutic interventions to support each student’s IEP goals
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress reports
• Educate school staff and families on supporting students in the classroom and at home
• Participate in IEP meetings, consultations, and interdisciplinary team discussions to ensure a comprehensive support plan
