Key Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy is required
• Active and unrestricted OT license in the state
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric occupational therapy preferred
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
• Comfort with varied caseloads and the IEP process

Role Highlights:

• Assess, plan, and implement occupational therapy interventions guided by students’ individual needs and educational goals
• Conduct screenings and evaluations for students with physical, emotional, or developmental challenges
• Participate in development of IEPs, contribute to student progress reports, and attend relevant meetings
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to provide strategies and training for classroom success
• Document all services and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
