UI Designer

Job Description

This team is looking for a talented UI Designer to help shape the visual direction of our many products, which includes both customer-facing digital experiences and internal tooling. Our team's mission is to help a client build better relationships with customers and between business customers and their peers. Some of these applications you'll be designing for will serve client customers at scale and require the highest bar in usability, accessibility, and style. You will also work closely with a team of talented Software Engineers and Product Managers improve existing tools and build new ones. You will also work closely with a team of talented Software Engineers and Product Managers build user interfaces for existing experiences and also build new ones.

You have a growth mindset, insatiable curiosity, and the ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results without supervision. You bring a blend of big-picture-thinking, design taste, and high agency to create and design beautiful and engaging customer experiences.

Skills and Requirements

Must-have:

• 4+ years of non-internship experience as a UI/UX Designer

• Experiencing building Mobile Applications

• Experience building AI user interfaces

• Solid experience in creating wireframes, story boards, and user flows

• Proficiency in Figma and other design tools

• High agency and ability to execute without perfect circumstances

• Independent worker with the ability to ideate and think outside the box when problem solving or innovating the platform. Plusses:

• Experience with animation tools, such as Lottie

• Experience with 3D modeling tools, such as Spline and Blender
