Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked alongside my father, who was also a State Farm agent. Growing up around the business gave me a strong appreciation for helping customers, building relationships, and serving the community. I’m a graduate of University of Oregon and am the proud father of two daughters. We also have a black lab who keeps life interesting. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and staying involved in the local community. Our agency is active throughout the Ridgefield area and supports a variety of community initiatives. We sponsor the Clark County Flag Football League and have been involved with organizations such as the Northwest Blind Athlete Association. Responsibilities Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information. Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines. Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities. Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community. Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives. Qualifications Effective written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
