Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked alongside my father, who was also a State Farm agent. Growing up around the business gave me a strong appreciation for helping customers, building relationships, and serving the community. I’m a graduate of University of Oregon and am the proud father of two daughters. We also have a black lab who keeps life interesting. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and staying involved in the local community. Our agency is active throughout the Ridgefield area and supports a variety of community initiatives. We sponsor the Clark County Flag Football League and have been involved with organizations such as the Northwest Blind Athlete Association. ROLE DESCRIPTION: As an Account Representative for Neil Daly - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs. Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations. QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in managing customer relationships preferred. Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs. Communication skills - written, verbal, and listening. Dedicated to customer service. Able to anticipate customer needs.
