ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2020 and currently lead a team of five. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked alongside my father, who was also a State Farm agent. Growing up around the business gave me a strong appreciation for helping customers, building relationships, and serving the community.

I’m a graduate of University of Oregon and am the proud father of two daughters. We also have a black lab who keeps life interesting. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and staying involved in the local community.

Our agency is active throughout the Ridgefield area and supports a variety of community initiatives. We sponsor the Clark County Flag Football League and have been involved with organizations such as the Northwest Blind Athlete Association. Giving back and staying connected locally are important parts of who we are.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Neil Daly - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Convert inbound calls into sales opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
