About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide financial leadership and strategy in a high-impact, growth-stage environment. The CFO will be the senior financial leader, advising the executive team on all financial matters, and will be responsible for developing and executing financial strategies that align with the company's growth objectives. This hands-on role requires the CFO to oversee day-to-day finance operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and build and manage a new finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in iGaming, online casino, sports betting, or digital entertainment, with a deep understanding of financial frameworks relevant to online gambling, including bonus accounting, gaming taxes, and regulatory reporting. Key responsibilities for the CFO include providing clear and actionable insights on performance, forecasting, budgeting, and risk, as well as partnering with various departments to support commercial decision-making. The role demands a leader who is highly adaptable, operationally focused, and capable of thriving in a lean, agile environment. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, collaborative, and pragmatic, with the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Technical skills required include a strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial compliance, and competence in financial modeling, budgeting, and analytics tools. Prior experience with DGE reporting or other regulated gambling authorities is highly desirable.
