About the Role We’re building a bench of client-focused recruiters who can partner seamlessly with our clients to deliver flexible, high-quality recruiting support. You’ll be trusted to own the hiring process with minimal oversight. Recruiting projects will vary based on the client and will be assigned on an as-needed basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in recruiting and making an impact in non-profits and small businesses. What You’ll Do Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, from role kickoff through offer. Partner with hiring managers to develop or refine position descriptions. Conduct compensation analyses and make recommendations. Manage job postings and maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system. Proactively source and engage candidates, especially for hard-to-fill roles. Review applications and conduct initial phone screens to assess qualifications and fit. Design and coordinate interview processes, including developing interview guides and scheduling interviews. Communicate consistently with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a positive experience. Support offers, including compensation negotiations. Facilitate background checks and reference checks. What You Bring 5+ years of recruiting experience. Experience supporting small teams, startups, or nonprofits preferred. Comfortable working in a remote, fast-moving, and client-facing environment. Core Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and excellent follow-through. Strong organizational and project management skills. Sound judgment and ability to handle confidential information. Technical Skills Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office. Proficiency in application tracking systems (e.g., Zoho Recruit). Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com). How This Role Works This is a 1099 contractor role, not a full-time position. Work is assigned on an as-needed, project-based basis. Hours will vary month-to-month depending on client demand.
