National Field Training Manager - Patient Services Access Team

National Training ManagerThe National Training Manager (NTM) will support Access and Reimbursement Training with a focus on the Rheumatology Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) organization in the design and delivery of training solutions. A NTM ensures both Training & Development and Franchise Strategy are effectively represented in all training programs and solutions. This role is accountable to quickly build relationships with key stakeholders and manage multiple stakeholders at various levels. The role requires a high level of facilitation coaching, strategy alignment/execution, and application of training fundamentals to enhance performance learning of participants.Core Job Responsibilities:Designs, develops, and delivers compliant learning solutions that increases effectiveness and credibility of participantsBuild trust and credibility with key stakeholders through regular interaction, evidenced by feedback and proven working partnershipsLeverages existing Learning & Development core platforms and content within the Franchise training to limit duplicative effortsDemonstrates direct and open communication to key stakeholders resulting in positive relationships and mutual alignmentProvides candid and specific verbal & written feedback to training participants resulting in their awareness of strengths and weaknesses including a plan for improved performanceRecognizes the skill level of training participants and adjusts coaching and training techniques to meet the needs of individualsDevelops Guest Trainers and/or Regional Field Trainers by providing a meaningful role during foundational training and ongoing learningDemonstrates and applies knowledge of all stakeholder businesses, strategies and priorities and integrates training activities into franchise team business plansLeads cross-functional initiatives and may be responsible for additional special projects within training organizationAssists with the on-boarding, development, and mentorship of other NFTs and "leads through teamwork" cultivating and maintaining positive peer-to-peer relationshipsExecutes with little guidance and/or direction from senior leadershipKey stakeholders:Learning and Development LeadershipTherapeutic Business Unit LeadershipFranchise Marketing LeadershipAbbVie Patient Services LeadershipQualificationsBasic:Bachelor's degreeUnderstanding of Adult Learning PrinciplesProven experience in development and use of critical learning/teaching platforms (i.e.PowerPoint, Rise Articulate, iSpring)Experience working within and utilizing LMS5+ years of field experience in pharmaceutical industry as an Account Executive or Field Access Specialist with extensive knowledge of the medical buy-and-bill processKnowledge of applicable regulations and standards affecting Pharmaceutical Products (e.g. CFR 210/211, cGMP)Prior experience leading projects with regional or national impactHigh performing track record and strong understanding of what drives success in a commercial organizationDemonstrated ability to work with a variety of individuals at all levels of management to develop partnerships and align training with the business strategyProven ability to integrate business trends, brand strategies, and marketplace drivers into plans that drive competitive advantage to the organizationPreferred:Master's DegreePrior access and reimbursement experience with medical buy-and-bill productsKnowledge and exposure to health sciences, market access and/or account management is preferredAdditional InformationThe compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
