What You'll Be Doing Full-Cycle Recruitment : Recruit, interview, evaluate, and place highly skilled technical professionals across contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent opportunities. Talent Attraction : Develop innovative sourcing strategies and recruitment campaigns to identify and engage top industry talent. Candidate Assessment : Conduct detailed telephone, virtual, and face-to-face interviews to assess technical capability, career aspirations, and cultural fit. Pipeline Development : Build and maintain a strong network of qualified professionals through proactive relationship management and market engagement. Career Consultancy : Provide ongoing career advice, market insights, and support to candidates throughout their recruitment journey. Contractor Engagement : Maintain regular communication with contractors and recently placed candidates to ensure exceptional service levels and generate referrals. Client Account Management : Manage and grow existing client accounts while identifying opportunities to expand business relationships. Business Development : Generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, market mapping, and lead generation activity. Strategic Relationship Building : Develop long-term partnerships with key client stakeholders through both virtual and face-to-face meetings. Compliance Excellence : Ensure recruitment activities comply with NES Fircroft quality standards, local legislation, occupational health & safety requirements, and client-specific processes. What We're Looking For Recruitment Experience : Minimum 3+ years of agency recruitment experience with a proven record of successful placements and client development.
