What You Will Do

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial production machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical blueprints, and equipment manuals.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and prevent equipment failures.
• Complete emergency equipment repairs quickly to keep production schedules on track.

What You Need

• Hands-on industrial maintenance, mechanical repair, or facility maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge of electrical circuitry, hydraulics, or pneumatics.
• Ability to read and understand schematics and blueprints preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and mechanical aptitude.
• Reliable, consistent attendance and a safe work mindset.
