Location: Smithfield, RI (In-Office Position)

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour + Performance Bonuses

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

At Carjon Air Conditioning & Heating, we're looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Client Care Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for homeowners calling for HVAC service, helping create a positive experience from the very first conversation.

What You'll Do

• Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Schedule service, maintenance, and installation appointments efficiently.
• Coordinate scheduling with the dispatch team to maximize technician availability.
• Educate customers about maintenance plans and available service options.
• Respond to customer questions while resolving concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate customer records and appointment details.
• Communicate effectively with technicians and office staff throughout the day.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience during every interaction.

What You'll Bring

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service, scheduling, or call center experience.
• Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy office environment.
• Experience booking appointments and working with customers over the phone.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and web-based software platforms.
• Experience with Podium or similar customer messaging platforms is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to support teammates.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

• Competitive hourly pay of $22.00 - $26.00, based on experience.
