Sonida Senior Living is a public company and a leading operator of independent living, assisted living and memory care communities for seniors across 35 states. The Sr. Corporate Counsel, Securities and Corporate Governance will partner with the Chief Legal Officer to manage SEC reporting, disclosure controls, NYSE compliance and governance matters, while supporting communities nationwide and coordinating with Investor Relations, Finance and HR.
