LPN / RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

Registered Nurses (RN) & Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) Angels of Care Home Health is looking for RNs and LPNs to practice in Mooresville, NC and surrounding areas. Pay Range LPN: $28-$33 per hour RN: $30-$35 per hour Job Duties Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care. Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments. Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies. Coordinate care. Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes. Implement preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patients.
