Leasing Specialist Grow Occupancy & Resident Experience

Tarantino Properties is seeking a Leasing Specialist to oversee a beautiful Class A community in the Tanglewod Area. You will conduct property tours, communicate with prospective residents, and help generate revenue by leasing and renewals. Build relationships, follow up on leads by phone and email, and develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy. Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred; knowledge of Microsoft Office and OnSite Software is a plus, as is social media marketing #J-18808-Ljbffr Tarantino Properties
