Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to assist with upcoming administrative projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative skills and prior experience executing contracts between financial institutions. Additionally, proficiency in software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat is essential for success in this role.

Required Skills:

• Familiarity with legal contracts and agreements is required; executing contracts between financial institutions is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat is essential.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Ideal candidate will have all of the above and:
• UCC Lien Processing
• Experience with vendor CSC (Corporation Services Company) for UCC lien processing

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with administrative and analysis projects between financial institutions, including contract management, document preparation, and data analysis.
• Review and analyze legal contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Prepare and edit documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather information, track project progress, and meet project deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to administrative projects.
