About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations and leading the day-to-day financial activities across multiple divisions. This includes direct corporate financial planning, financial performance reporting, and the development and implementation of efficient financial procedures and strategies. The successful candidate will also be involved in preparing short and long-term financial forecasts, overseeing audit and tax functions, and ensuring compliance with financial procedures and systems. A key aspect of the role is to interact with other managers to provide financial and management information analyses, reports, and recommendations to support the company's planning initiatives. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with an MBA, CPA, or equivalent experience preferred. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior financial managerial position within the construction industry is required. The role demands advanced computer skills, exceptional knowledge of finance, accounting, and GAAP, as well as excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial management, including experience with AIA billing, cash management, and risk management, and a deep understanding of the AIA billing process. The CFO will also be expected to have strong negotiation skills, experience in contract and legal matters, and a solid background in coordinating audit activities and managing various financial functions.
