In 202, Minimum Requirements And Qualifications A suitable background would be a solid experience within the following qualifications and experiences: Education: Trade School Certificate or completion of an Apprenticeship. Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of industrial maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment including welding and fabrication. Must be able to operate a sit-down forklift. Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to read, speak, and comprehend both languages. Math skills: Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide. Physical Demands: Manufacturing environment. Able to lift up to 60 lbs. stoop and bend. Work environment: Warehouse is hot and humid in summer months, cold in winter months.
