What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors employees and/or clients at a financial institution reception area while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying visitor credentials issuing visitor badges maintaining visitor logs and directing guests according to site requirements.
• Answer incoming calls receive deliveries and communicate clearly with appropriate personnel regarding visitor arrivals access requests and/or unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and notify appropriate personnel or emergency responders as directed.
• Maintain a professional front-desk presence that helps to deter unauthorized access and supports a welcoming environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
