Join Day & Zimmermann as the Sr. Manager, Corrective Action Program & Continuous Improvement and lead enterprise-wide initiatives that enhance quality, performance, and operational excellence across complex EPC and construction projects. In this role, you will build and sustain a strong quality culture, ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards while implementing scalable corrective action programs. You'll leverage expertise in NQA-1, ISO 9001, and related frameworks to deliver measurable improvements across highly regulated environments, including nuclear, energy, and large-scale infrastructure.

Here is the work you'll do:

• Establish and lead a high-impact Corrective Action Program (CAP) to proactively manage risk, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement across the enterprise.
• Drive the timely identification, documentation, evaluation, and resolution of conditions adverse to quality.
• Develop and implement CAP performance metrics; deliver actionable insights to executive leadership to improve organizational performance and accountability.
• Ensure high-quality root cause analysis and effectiveness reviews that result in sustainable corrective actions and measurable risk reduction.
• Build and optimize processes, tools, and infrastructure that enable teams to execute and sustain continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote a culture of quality, safety, and operational excellence across all levels of the organization.

• Deep knowledge of root cause analysis methodologies (5 Whys, Fishbone, TapRooT, Kepner-Tregoe, etc.)
• Expertise in NQA-1 and ISO 9001 standards and implementation
• High level of integrity and commitment to quality and safety
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes

And if you have these qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Quality, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of experience in quality assurance, corrective action programs, or continuous improvement within EPC, construction, nuclear, or other regulated industries
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and enterprise-level programs
• 2+ years of experience supporting or leading audits (internal, external, or regulatory)
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred
• Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence certification preferred

In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $136,480 - $204,720. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as the final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
